MERT METAL has a plasma and laser cutters in its metal working shop. They invested in 2pcs. BYSTRONIC CO2 laser cutting systems for their new production increase, in the two few years.

The dust collectors were not ordered together with the cutting systems from BYSTRONIC. Instead, MERT METAL were looking for a dust collector solution for its new machines.

Solution

  • VANTERM with its long-term experience in BYSTRONIC laser cutting systems analyzed the cutting table of each CO2 laser machine and determined the air flow capacity for each one.

  • According to the required capacities, VANTERM PL-3000 and PL-4000 laser filter units have been successfully installed near-by each laser cutting and put in operation in the production hall.
