ETİ Makina belongs to one of the Turkey’s leading producer in the biscuits, chocolate, cake and chilled snacks production. ETİ Makina delivers production lines regarding all these bakery/biscuit/chocolate machine manufacturing technology.

A CNC controlled deburring & finishing working center from COSTA (Italy) has put in operation in ETİ Makina, at its Eskişehir Plant. There was a need for a robust filter unit, to collect the tiny dust and smoke particles which were generated at COSTA deburring work-center. It was absolutely necessary for ETİ Makina to provide a healthy and safe work environment and get rid of the dust.

Solution

  • After investigating the metal parts to be grinded, VANTERM installed GF-8000 filter unit, in order to collect the dust generated at COSTA deburring & finishing work-center.

  • With its integrated spark separator and integrated automatic fire alarm & extinguishing system VANTERM GF-8000 filter unit has met all the demands and challenges at site.
