Requirements and Challenges

The YAPISER company produces roof and facade materials. The company was investing for a new cutting line for the production of roof panel products made of made of composite material. Since the cutting speed is high, it was necessary to extract the dust generated during the cutting process, in order to avoid dust clouds inside the production hall.

Solution

  • VANTERM investigated the new cutting line and determined the required extraction air capacity.
  • It was decided to install an AC-123 filter unit with the correct filter media for the workshop, in order to minimize the static electricity charge risks.
  • Thanks to the compact design of the AC-123 filter unit, it was possible to install the dust collector very close to the cutting line. This was another advantage for the customer to minimize the ducting costs.
  • According to the customer request, AC-123 filter unit doors were painted in RAL-5010-Blue color. The filter unit was taken into operation successfully.
