Requirements and Challenges
The CNC controlled KOIKE Laser cutters were equipped with fiber laser technology and it was necessary to meet the high dust load with an effective extraction and filtration solution. There were total 2 pcs. of laser cutters from KOIKE with different size and capacities.
The laser cutting machines were installed in different halls in the production arae. The thick material that are cut very often on each laser cutter, was creating a big smoke and dust problem in the production area and for the operators.
