VALFSAN is a leading provider of valves and shock absorbers in Turkey. VALFSAN serves prestigious customers from all over the world. In their plant in Kocaeli, they have numerous manufacturing processes.

One of them is a deburring process that is made in an automatic deburring Fladder work center. In order to provide a clean and healthy working conditions, there was a need for a dust collector for the deburring process.

Solution

  • After determining the required air capacity for the deburring process and the dust load created in the deburring work-center, VANTERM recommended and installed BG-3000 model filter unit.
  • Thanks to its compact design and its small foot-print, BG-3000 filter unit has fitted perfect to the workshop lay-out. On the other hand, the effective automatic jet pulse cleaning has provided a long filter life-time.
